On April 20, 2026, The Department of Justice announced a one‑year extension to the compliance deadline for the new ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements. The compliance deadline is now April 24, 2027. The additional implementation time will allow UNCG to continue its phased approach to preparing University digital content for compliance.
